Vacancies

Tutors
We are looking to recruit Tutors for our team. Please see the Role Description and Person Specification here.

  • Deadline: Monday 17th March 2025 at 9pm. Please note that we will be assessing applications and inviting candidates to interview on a rolling basis, so please apply as soon as possible
  • Interviews: Interviews will be held over Zoom, on a rolling basis
  • Subjects: We welcome applications from outstanding Tutors in all subjects
  • Dates: There are teaching opportunities throughout the summer (June to August 2025)
  • Salary: Starting salary of £35/hr of teaching time
  • Location: Either remote (teaching takes place online over Zoom), or in person in Oxford (Blavatnik School of Government), depending on programme applied for

Activities Coordinators

We are looking to recruit Activities Coordinators for our team. Please see the Job Description and Person Specification here.

  • Deadline: Monday 17th March 2025 at 9pm. Please note that we will be assessing applications and inviting candidates to interview on a rolling basis, so please apply as soon as possible
  • Interviews: Interviews will be held over Zoom, on a rolling basis
  • Dates: Our summer programme runs for six weeks, from 6th July to 16th August 2025. Ideally we are looking for candidates who are free for the whole six-week period, but for exceptional candidates with limited availability we might consider a four-week role
  • Salary: £32,000 per annum, pro rata (which equates to £4,457 for training + the six-week summer school period)
  • Location: Central Oxford. Accommodation is not provided, but we can offer support and advice about places to look for accommodation if that would be helpful

Heads of House

We are looking to recruit Heads of House for our team. Please see the Job Description and Person Specification here.

Head of House positions are generally filled by team members who have already spent a summer with us as an Activities Coordinator. However, we are happy to consider applications from individuals who have significant relevant experience, such as a summer working for a similar organisation.

  • Interviews: Interviews will be held over Zoom, on a rolling basis
